Parcel delivery is a free, tracked service to your door anywhere in the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges for this method. All prices in the shop are shown in GBP and include VAT at 20%.
Delivery times
The delivery time for parcel delivery is 2 to 5 working days. We count working days as Monday to Saturday. Sundays do not count.
This is the total delivery time. It already includes the time we need to prepare your order and the time the parcel is in transit.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will deliver your goods within 30 days of the order unless we have agreed a different time with you.
Shipping partner
Your order is sent by tracked parcel delivery and brought to the delivery address you give us at checkout.
Please make sure that your name and address are correct and that someone can receive the parcel. If you have questions about a delivery, please contact us using the details at the end of this page.
Tracking your order
Our parcel delivery is tracked, so you can follow the status of your shipment. There are two ways to check on your order:
- If you have a customer account, you can follow your orders in your account.
- If you ordered as a guest without an account, you can look up your order using the email address you used when ordering.
You do not need to register to place an order with us.
Free returns
Returns are free of charge for you, and a return label is included. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order. After you tell us that you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back no later than 14 days after you told us.
