Cancellation Rights and Returns
This page explains how consumers can cancel a distance contract with Tech Outlet LTD, trading as Enertechy, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Right to cancel
If you are a consumer and have bought goods from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cancellation period and when it starts
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have named (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If you order several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after the day on which you receive the last item.
How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You can do this by email, by telephone or by post, using the details below. You may use the model cancellation form further down this page, but you do not have to.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.
Refund time limit
We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Refund method
We will refund you using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
Loss in value of the goods
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods that results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please take reasonable care of the goods and keep them, with all accessories and packaging, in the condition in which you received them.
Returning your goods
Please send the goods back to us, or hand them over to a person authorised by us to receive them, without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you told us that you wish to cancel. This deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired.
Return method and return label
- Returns are made by post.
- A prepaid return label is included with your parcel.
- Please pack the goods securely.
Cost of returning goods
The return is free of charge for you. We bear the cost of returning the goods.
Returning bulky freight goods
Bulky freight goods (for example pallet or oversized deliveries) cannot be returned by post. Please contact us by email at support@enertechy.com or by telephone on +442045773197. We will arrange the return transport free of charge.
Exceptions to the right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to certain goods. Examples that may be relevant to our range include:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery;
- sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Your other statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, are not affected by this page.
