Model Cancellation Form

Use this form if you wish to cancel your order for goods and have decided to exercise your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The wording follows the model cancellation form in Schedule 3 to those Regulations.

How to use this form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel the contract. Using the form is optional, and you may also tell us clearly in any other way that you cancel.
The cancellation period for your order is 14 days.

What happens after you cancel

We refund you no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
